Wymore Country Club is a beautiful 9 hole course located at 1700 W, D St. on the west edge of Wymore, Ne. in southern Gage county. With it’s gently rolling hills and blue grass fairways, it is one of the best 9 hole courses in Southeast Nebraska. In 2009 & 2010, it was voted Gage County’s Favorite Course. The course features tree lined fairways and many natural hazards including a pond that plays into 2 holes. The clubhouse features a bar serving beer, liquor and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks. There is plenty of room to relax between rounds in the lounge area or on the deck overlooking the pond. There is also a kitchen area for use during social events held here. The basic necessities of golf, tees, balls, gloves, etc. are available for sale also. We have 15 rental carts available as well as a few pull carts for those who like to walk the course. Clubhouse and bar are now open on weekdays from 4:00 til close and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 until close, weather permitting.
Course is closed on Wednesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM for women’s league and men’s league.
The WCC Board of Directors has decided to make a new irrigation system for the course our continuing priority for 2023. We are working on getting grants and donations now. If you would like info on this please call Larry Schmidt at 402-806-1217.
